Here we go...

My goal is to loose 100 lbs in 9 months. Steep, I know. But most definitely possible! That is 40 weeks at less than 3lbs a week. Using a calorie counter I found, the following should be my weight loss over the next 40 weeks and how many calories I should eat daily that week. (Example: During week 1 I should consume 1907 calories a day and by the end of the week I should weigh 308.85 lbs). I'm excited. I have done many diets in the past and some of them have been successful for a while and others have flopped right from the beginning. How will this one be different you ask? Because this time I have FAITH on my side. Philippians 4:13 says "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." That means, I can do this. Its that easy. God wants to give me the desires of my heart. The deepest desire of my heart is to be a mother. Before becoming a mother I want to prepare myself to be a good mother. If I cannot take care of myself the right way, what makes me think I could take care of another life? So here I go! Baby Faircloth, this is for you <3
